Matt Lewis

  • Matt is guided by his belief that for a brand to stand out, it must stand for something. Matt has led work with global brands such as Coca‑Cola, General Motors and Nike, and has helped brands solve real-world problems through action. This work has been recognised for its creativity at domestic and international levels, helping to bring Momentum Worldwide its first-ever Grand Prix at Cannes for Nike’s Church of Basketball and catapulting Momentum Canada to be the most-awarded Experiential agency in Canada, ranking #2 on WARC’s Global Creative Report Card.

    Matt believes that creating standout work is rewarding, fun and ultimately helps build great diverse teams. His relentless focus on attracting the best talent has enabled him to build versatile creative agencies that elevate brands through 360 campaigns. In his time at Momentum, Matt’s focus has been to elevate the strategic rigor and creative focus in Experiential, as well as launching practices in Shopper Marketing, Sponsorship, Technology and Social Content, all with the same goal of creating fully integrated experiential campaigns. Matt is also a regular speaker at Miami Ad School and the AMAs, and loves spending time learning from the next generations of marketers.

Anna Dalziel

  • Anna is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, awards strategy and public relations activities, both internally and externally. During her tenure, Anna launched ‘Balance’, a programme of well-being, community and diversity initiatives within Momentum UK to further champion inclusion in the industry. More recently, under Anna’s leadership, Momentum won their first DE&I award at The Drum Awards.

Alex Hoban

  • Alex is fascinated with the ever-evolving relationship between storytelling, technology and culture. He leads a team working at the intersection of all three to create 'audience-first' experiences that show up with intelligence, relevance and daring creativity.

    Alex's inter-disciplinary background has taken him from his early days as a music and culture journalist at The Guardian, VICE and NME to positions at agencies such as the Brooklyn Brothers and R/GA, where he worked with clients such as Jaguar, Jägermeister and Nike. Prior to joining Momentum, he ran award-winning experiential technology R&D studio Aeon Industries, creating interactive artworks and experiences with artists and institutions such as Marina Abramovic, Olafur Eliasson, NTS Radio and United Visual Artists.

Amy Lane

Senior Talent Partner, UK
  • Amy Lane heads up the Talent (HR) team at Momentum UK. She is responsible for the full employee lifecycle from DE&I, attraction and development, right through to exit. Prior to joining Momentum, Amy worked as a recruiter at Career Moves Group, hiring HR professionals in the creative sector.  

    Working closely with the global team and McCann Worldgroup, Amy partners on a number of projects to make sure there is a focus on employee experience throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. Amy has a real passion for human behaviour, culture, learning and change.

Tom Ellis-Jones

  • Tom joined Momentum in June 2019 to lead our UK and international American Express business. As client services director, Tom is now responsible for all our UK client relationships including Microsoft and Samsung. Prior to Momentum, Tom was a business lead at adam&eveDDB before joining independent creative agency ZAK, where he launched and subsequently led the global New Balance football business. Tom is a passionate advocate of Business Leadership, Strategy and Creative coming together to ensure our clients are experiencing the very best the agency can offer.

Selina Donald

Global Sustainability Director
  • Selina is the global sustainability director at Momentum Worldwide, and is responsible for the development and implementation of our flagship sustainability strategy. Selina’s epiphany moment came while working on the London 2012 Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which served as memorable bookends for the most sustainable Games to-date. As well as the Games, Selina has been part of high-profile projects including England’s 2018 World Cup Bid, COP23, the Rio Olympics 2016 and the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

Tim Walsh

  • Tim is the UK head of strategy at Momentum Worldwide and heads up Momentum UK’s thriving team of dynamic planners, working across Experiential, Shopper, Brand, and Sponsorship strategies for a range of clients including American Express, Microsoft and SAP. 

    Tim is responsible for helping drive growth for American Express’ global entertainment partners, such as Wimbledon, and assisting Microsoft navigate a new virtual event landscape.

Francesca Elliott

  • Ranked in the Top 10 UK Event Professionals, Fran Elliot has led breakthrough work for clients such as the BBC, Coca‑Cola and Microsoft.

    Now, after five years working in Senior Leadership roles both agency and venue-side, whilst establishing her personal development coaching practice, Fran returns to Momentum UK to build, grow and lead the Brand Experience division.

    Working alongside the UK Leadership Team, Fran is responsible for bringing to life our creative vision and diversifying the Brand Experience output to ensure the agency continues to front-run audience trends and client needs in this ever-changing, post-COVID industry landscape.

Ben Buckstone

  • As the UK head of new business, Ben is responsible for building and maintaining new relationships across Momentum’s portfolio. Ben was previously BD manager for a number of businesses, including a marketing intermediary, where he represented Momentum earlier in his career. Since Ben has been in role, he has brought many new clients to Momentum UK. His recent wins include Samsung and Kimberly Clark. He is extremely proud of the agency, including Momentum’s recent award of Campaign’s Brand Experience Agency of the Year.

Shehla Khan

  • Shehla joined Momentum Worldwide in 2021, becoming UK finance director in 2022. Prior to joining Momentum, she spent seven years with TBWA overseeing the day-to-day running of the financial and operational business. Shehla started her career in financial services, where she worked across several banking and investment companies.

  • Steven is the SVP, global director integrated creative & production technology at Momentum Worldwide. Steve leads a team of creative technologists, integrated producers, solutions architects and BI specialists who build the products, platforms and systems that enable brand experiences, shopper marketing and retail experiences for Momentum’s clients globally. 

    Steve has been part of McCann World group since 2014, leading the strategy and architecture to deliver enterprise technology products to support global operations.
