Donnalyn Smith
CEO
Our global CEO of Momentum Worldwide, Donnalyn, is responsible for the agency’s continued success and increasingly prominent role within the IPG ecosystem. She has held key leadership roles in her 30+ years at the agency, including president of North America as well as regional director, managing director and group account director for several of the agency's largest accounts. In 2018, Donnalyn was honored as a “Trailblazer Mom of the Year” by She Runs It and named to Adweek’s Disruptors list.

President & Chief Marketing Officer
Our president & CMO, and champion of the Momentum brand, leading growth and our go-to-market strategy. Previously, he held key regional leadership positions across EMEA and APAC, and continues as executive lead for the agency’s Beer & Spirits accounts, and Olympics and World Cup business. With 30+ years at Momentum, he has helped it become the preeminent experiential agency, winning every industry award.
Elena Klau
Chief Strategy & Product Officer
Our chief strategy & product officer, uniting and guiding the agency’s strategy, research and data science teams. Elena is currently leading the expansion of Momentum’s Experiential Commerce discipline, Momentum XC. Elena previously led the development of Momentum BI, the industry's first patented experiential marketing AI/Machine Learning platform. Among her accolades, Elena is a SportsBusiness Journal “Forty Under 40” recipient.
Christine Shoaf

Our chief global client officer, Christine, joined the agency in 2013 to lead the American Express account. Proving her ability to successfully lead large teams for large clients on the largest stages, Christine now shares that codified process across all the agency’s global accounts.

Our experience design officer, David, leads an XD team of multi-disciplinarians who collaborate to create immersive, meaningful and memorable brand experiences in the real and unreal worlds. David’s commitment to sustainability has resulted in the agency achieving ISO certification for Sustainable Practices in Events and Experiences.
Sampson Yimer
EVP Partnerships & Director Diversity and Strategic Development
Our partnerships director, Sampson, leads a team that specializes in identifying, evaluating, securing and activating high-impact sponsorships across sports, entertainment, cultural events and cause-based platforms. A recent recipient of SBJ’s Forty Under 40 award, Sampson also drives the agency’s diversity initiatives, mentoring and advocating for diversity in sports and entertainment.

Our SVP global director of comms, Anna, leads internal and external marketing communications, agency awards and media relations.
