/ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Experiential & Commerce vertical. Working predominantly on the Dyson account to help deliver a jam-packed calendar of events throughout the year, across beauty, home & B2B. From small trade & retail activations, to larger scale cultural pop-ups and influencer events, we strive to deliver compelling brand experiences that engage audiences.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about experiential marketing, has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn. No day (or project) is the same on the Experiential & Commerce vertical, so we need an Account Manager who is adaptable & agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

 

/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

 


• Work as part of a cross-departmental team to manage end-to-end project delivering, from planning through to creative ideation & live event support
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, understanding their needs to build trusting, bulletproof relationships
• Support senior team members with all day-to-day aspects of the project, maintaining a solutions-focused approach and managing up is as important as managing down
• Working closely with your producer, manage timelines, budgets & financial tracking to ensure activations are delivered on time and within budget
• Support onsite at events
• Manage multiple workstreams at any given time 


/ HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)


• Having a real eye for detail is important, even if delivering at scale
• Agency experience is essential - we will need you to hit the ground running so knowing your briefs from your budgets is key
• Tenacious and a real can-do attitude – we are a small but mighty team who work to deliver some of the best work within the agency
• Ability to run & manage client status calls, following up with contact reports
• Strong proficiency with deck writing & presentation skills, you understand your audience and can craft deck structure & narrative to keep them engaged
• Strong communication, project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise as required
• A solutions-first, proactive thinker who can drive projects forwards internally & with clients
• A positive presence within teams – someone that is trusted, can keep energy high and ensure we’re working together as a team
• An interest in beauty is a bonus but not essential
• There will be a requirement for weekend work as and when activations are live
