Introducing our adfellows 6.0 cohort! At Momentum Worldwide, we’re proud to have been part of the initiative for the past five years, and, for the first time ever, the program is hybrid.

adfellows is a unique fellowship program, developed to bring diverse talent into the marketing and advertising industry, and is the first and only industry fellowship to offer a diverse, fully integrated client and agency immersion experience. Read more about the adfellows program here and keep an eye out on our social channels as we showcase what our adfellows get up to during their time with us.

– Tell us a bit about yourself!

“Hello, I am Brian Williams, an incoming Verizon 6.0 adfellow on the Research team at Momentum Worldwide. I last worked at a staffing agency focusing on improving the process of talent acquisition.

My greatest work-related achievement was recruiting the greatest number of teachers two months in a row. I am especially excited about exploring the intersection of Web3/metaverse and experiential marketing, as there is a major opportunity for growth.”

YOHANNY CAPELLAN – Business Leadership, Walmart

– Tell us a bit about yourself!

“¡Hola! My name is Yohanny. I’m an adfellow and will be joining the Business Leadership team on the Walmart account. Earlier this year, I was accepted to the 4A’s MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Internship Program). While in this program, I interned at Barkley, a creative idea company, where I got to work closely with brand leaders and do public relations work. At the end of the experience, I won the MAIP Fellow of the Year Award—an award established to recognize the MAIP Fellow who best exemplifies passion for advertising, leadership, poise and compassion. Getting this recognition has been the most outstanding and meaningful achievement I’ve received while being in this industry so far.”

DIAMOND BENNETT – Business Leadership, Verizon

– Tell us a bit about yourself!

“Hi everyone! My name is Diamond Bennett, and I am excited to join Momentum Worldwide for my first rotation in the adfellows program! I joined the program on the general track and most recently worked at Oracle as a Business Development Representative for large enterprises selling supply chain management software. I’m from Auburn, Alabama, and attended Tuskegee University where I obtained a degree in sales and marketing. My greatest work-related achievement is joining the adfellows program! I had the opportunity and vocalized about my passion for marketing and DE&I.

What excites me about the future is that businesses have learned that it’s all about customer experience. This also challenges marketers to create inclusive marketing campaigns for new customer segments. I’m super excited to see how technology can play a role in creating memorable customer experience.”
