/ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
 
As Production Manager, you will be working at the sharp end of our agency’s creative workflow.  
 
You will be responsible for the process that brings our ideas into the physical world and for providing the technical guidance and commercial rigour that help our ideas flourish.   
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of live, virtual and hybrid events and for helping our agency navigate the ongoing variable challenges presented by a post-pandemic world.   
 
Working in close collaboration with our creative, technology and business leadership teams, alongside both our clients and internal and external technical partners, you will occupy a position of trust and authority with the agency. 
 
/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
 
You will be an integral part of Momentum’s Event Production team, where you will manage and lead on event production delivery across conferences, awards, experiential, exhibitions, pop ups and live event pitches.

Provide thoughtleadership and drive exceptional delivery standards on all elements of event pre-production and onsite operations.  
</li>
<li>
 Diligently deliver your assigned projectsto time, cost, and quality. 
</li>
<li>
 Collaboratewell and build internal and external relationships. 
</li>
<li>
 Proactively seekopportunities, through a production lens, to innovate and inspire. 
</li>
<li>
 Meticulously manage your budgets, projects, documentation, and deliverables.
</li>
<li>
 Be an SMEin your field; fostering confidence, collaboration and trust amongst your colleagues in all departments of the agency. 
</li>
<li>
 Ensure safety and complianceby creating risk assessments, method statements, and event safety plans. 
</li>
<li>
 Provide leadership and accountability during the onsite phase of your assigned projects and lead teams of contractors and suppliers during build, live and de-rig.
</li>
<li>
 Provide pitch supportand own pre-production planning. 
</li>
<li>
 Create, support,and refine internal processes to increase the quality and efficiency of our output. 
</li>

/ HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
 
<ul>
<li>
A positive, honestand open communicator, you’ll have a passion for live events and a natural curiosity for technology, entertainment, innovation and design. 
</li>
<li>
 Experience and competencein traditional event production disciplines such as: set design & custom fabrication; structures & staging; materials & finishes; print techniques, logistics & trucking. 
</li>
<li>
 A working understanding oftechnical production disciplines such as AV, lighting & rigging and streaming and virtual platforms. 
</li>
<li>
 Excellent supplier knowledge / black book in the above areas.
</li>
<li>
 A commercially driven professional, you’llhave excellent financial acumen, numeracy and negotiation skills, and you’ll have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes. 
</li>
<li>
 Demonstrable aptitude for learning and adopting new technologiesin relation to content creation and broadcast. 
</li>
<li>
 Health and Safetyconscious, you’ll hold an IOSH certification and have a good working understanding of our obligations under CDM 2015. 
</li>
<li>
 The ability to create andinterpret CAD drawings and floorplans. 
</li>
<li>
 Comfortable in client briefings, client meetings, mediating client change requests, and managing client expectations as required.
</li>
