Ben Grunow

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I used to be a child model and actor and was in a commercial for a cartoon called Ben 10. I had to pretend I was getting electrocuted, and they styled my hair to look like I got Zapped! (*Scroll to the bottom to check it out!)

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

Wellness 100%. I believe it is so important to value ones one wellbeing and mental health. Momentum does a great job giving individuals the flexibility to do their work but in a way that suits them and prioritizes their health! The agency really values people expressing themselves and making sure they get all the support they need.

  Peggy Chen

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I got really interested in tarot card reading last year, and now I am studying spell casting and rituals. For me, dark magic offers a unique perspective on the world. However, it’s important to remember that it’s not the spell or the card that does the magic – it’s always you.

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

The DEIBA Pillar. As a Chinese designer working in New York, I have learned a lot by talking to people from different cultural backgrounds. Because I understand how isolating it can feel when dealing with different cultures, I wished to use my voice to speak to a larger audience and make everyone feel included.

Zoe Lechtman

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

From a young age, I have had a passion for photography and videography. In High School I founded my business, ZSL Media, where I create content through photo, video, and digital media!

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

The sustainability pillar within the “Make it Matter” framework resonates with me, because of my love for the environment and my passion for traveling. As I explore the world and witness its beauty, I am aware of the need for sustainable practices to preserve it for future generations.

   Christian Santiago

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I perform stand-up comedy in clubs across New York City.

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

I am looking forward to working with the Creative Team to bring amazing and unique ideas to life.

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

The DEIBA pillar resonates with me deeply because of my experiences through the first decade of my career. I was kicked out of college during my sophomore year and made the decision not to tell anyone about it. I think I am an example of the lengths people will go to when they don’t feel represented, comfortable, and seen in their environment, and why it is so important to make sure everyone feels accepted.

   Kit Arrix

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I play on the Boston College women’s lacrosse team, and won a national championship in 2021 for the first time in program history. Additionally, this past April my team won an ACC championship for the first time and became the first women’s program to win an ACC title in school history!

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

I’m most excited to see how the agency itself operates and presents itself to clients all over the world, diving deeper into how the experiential space operates in the creative world that we live in. It has already been incredible learning about the business leadership side at Momentum- and I’m greatly looking forward to getting exposure to the different sectors of the agency as well as meeting incredible people along the way!

  Julia Young

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I played the violin for 3 years. It might have been in middle school, but I like to think that I am musically talented!

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

I am excited to grow as a person and truly understand and appreciate all of the work that goes into making an unforgettable experience at momentum.

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

The wellness pillar is important to me, and creating a safe workplace where employees can be heard and seen is just one of the reasons how momentum cares about the wellbeing of everyone!

  Elise Breton-Jones

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I was born and raised in London, and I used to be an Arsenal season ticket holder – my favourite club!

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

What resonates with me most about the DEIBA pillar of the Make It Matter initiative is the commitment to providing voices for those who are often overshadowed. Learning through my own experience as a bi-racial woman, I believe that it is crucial for the employee faces of a company to reflect its audiences and clientele through ample representation and inclusion.

Reina ross

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

While I’m multi-passionate, I think communicating and grounding expansive ideas that can reach a multitude of people throughout and in culture, using many different disciplines is one of the things that makes working with Momentum so exciting to me.

What resonates with you most about the Make it Matter pillar you’re working on?

“Belonging” in the DEIBA pillar is something that’s pretty important to me as it speaks to the authenticity of it all. It’s one thing to have a diverse and inclusive environment where people love the work that they do but to feel like you belong in a community on top of everything can really do wonders for your work experience. The phrase “Welcome to the Team” can have a much deeper meaning that resonates with each member and it shows through the work done.

   Rachelle Palmer

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

My main hobby is drawing and painting digital portraits.

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

Learning from other creatives who inspire me to push the work beyond the ask. Their attitudes, their confidence are very impressive and I hope some of that rubs off on me.

   Christina Pisano

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I used to work in film and television as an actor for 15 years and also love creating recipes for my food blog “Posh Pistachio.”

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

I’m really looking forward to working on various brands and seeing how the process works for getting imaginative ideas out into the world. Working alongside such talent, I’m excited to absorb as much of their process as possible so that when I go back to school, I have some extra tools in my belt.

    Ethan Chiang

What are you most looking forward to experiencing this Summer with Momentum Worldwide & why?

I am most looking forward to experiencing this summer the day-to-day work of an agency. I am most interested in how to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders because I believe learning the techniques on how to work as a team and manage relationships will be important in any career path I choose in the future.

Which Make it Matter pillar resonates with you most and why?

The part that resonates with me the most about the sustainability pillar of Make It Matter is our goal to create a circular economy through initiatives like reducing our footprint and using sustainable alternatives in our work with clients.
