FORBES: Brooklyn Nets, American Express Debut Contactless, Frictionless Store At Barclays Center

The US team at Momentum Worldwide created a seamless fan experience at the Brooklyn Nets NBA game with American Express.

The American Express Shop was a frictionless shopping experience, with Card Members able to walk in, pick up items off the shelves, and walk out all without any human contact!

“Live sports and entertainment events are a major passion point for our card members and the desire for contactless transactions is continuing to grow,” said Lindsay Ulrey, American Express’ Vice President of Global Sports Experiences and Partnerships.
