Meet our adfellows!

Momentum Worldwide is delighted to introduce our latest adfellows cohort! We’re proud to have been part of the initiative for the past four years.

adfellows is a unique fellowship program, developed to bring diverse talent into the marketing and advertising industry, and is the first and only industry fellowship to offer a diverse, fully integrated client and agency immersion experience. Find out more about the adfellows program here.

Over seven weeks, our three adfellows will learn about all things Momentum. From our values and culture, to invaluable training sessions on insights, professionalism and communication.

Keep an eye out on our social channels over the next couple of weeks, as we will be showcasing what our adfellows have been getting up to during their time with us.

 

 

Emmanuel Woolard – Business Leadership

What is your greatest achievement to date?
To date, I would have to say my greatest work-related achievement was becoming one of 2020’s ADCOLOR Futures Finalists. I am looking forward to the opportunity to apply again, but that is my greatest work-related achievement thus far.

What are you most looking forward to during the adfellows program?
I am excited about the opportunity to learn how business is going to change externally and internally in this new landscape we are now in—the advancement of technology, professionalism and COVID-19.

Jaylyn O’Keefe – Analytics

What is your greatest experience to date?
One of the most memorable experiences I have had was when I worked on a local farm during the summer of 2017 and sold over $5,000 of frozen organic chickens, which is roughly 350 hens. Farmer Brenda was astonished at the speed they were flying out the door. I almost wished I would have collected a commission on them… (just kidding). That summer I also had to memorize 63 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, which was pretty tough at the time, but totally worth it looking back.

What are you most looking forward to during the adfellows program?
I am thrilled to be working here at Momentum because I also believe that consumers want to connect to brands on a different level than has never been seen before. With the use of data, I want to discover insights to develop innovative strategies that can ultimately drive change in the industry, which is craving it. As a simple Jersey girl, I’m so excited for the next few weeks to meet and get to know everyone!

Rahul Gandhi – Project Management

What is your greatest experience to date?
I’m proud of the fact I got to experience the high end of private events at a young age, I’ve got to play in some exclusive venues, as well as play events internationally. I also spent a lot of time helping others within the industry with their marketing; I’ve ran/consulted pages for entertainment companies, unique talents (singers, artists) and venues.

What are you most looking forward to during the adfellows program?
I’m excited to see the world of marketing continue to go further into the digital world. I think there are digital experiences to be had by consumers that will change the way people interact with a brand. I also I’m looking forward to seeing in-person experiences that are backed and made custom by digital data. I’m also excited for the fact the world is getting closer each day, and I truly believe that with the right campaign and ideas, my voice will be heard globally. As for Momentum and ChaseDesign, I’m really excited to see the unique ideas continue to flow. My mind has been blown many times over just from what I have seen on each site!
