Jason Alan Snyder leads our Creative Technology and Integrated Production teams in North America, finding new ways to use technology and create memorable brand experiences for people around the world. He's the man that Digiday called "the embodiment of the new agency creative." Beyond his great work at Momentum, Snyder is an inventor with numerous patents to his name. What we're saying is, he's a bright fellow!
Among his most recently popular inventions is the EMRG solar powered lantern. Designed to help bring light to places without electrical infrastructure, or after an emergency, the EMRG is an inflatable flashlight that gets its power directly from the sun, removing the need for kerosene lamps. And the world is taking notice. A huge hit at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), EMRG was featured in articles in gushing terms on both The Verge and Gizmodo. At CES EMRG also received a prestigious Innovation Award in the "Tech for a Better World" category. The honors aren't done either. At the Denmark Index Awards, the country's highest design honors, EMRG has been nominated in the "Design to Improve Life" category!
We're huge fans of the work Jason does for Momentum and in awe of his ability to create things never-before-seen. His work on EMRG is just another example of how he's making the world a better place. He's an inspiration to all of us.
